**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data Quality Lead. As a key member of our Cancer Care Network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Provide leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of Cancer Care Network projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with clinical operations teams to develop and implement quality improvement methodologies, performance evaluation measures, and communication strategies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify best practices and support change management initiatives, ensuring improvements are structured and delivered in a timely manner.
- Reporting and Data Management: Develop and coordinate processes for managing status reports, designing reporting templates, compiling and analyzing data, and monitoring project progress.
- Patient Engagement: Plan and implement patient engagement strategies to ensure patient views are considered in service planning.
- Occupational Health and Safety: Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures, reporting any identified hazards or incidents to the manager or supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Expertise in project management, quality improvement, and data analysis.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.
- Experience in healthcare quality improvement and cancer care.
