With a presence in 14 locations worldwide, we foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, prepare, and analyze ESG data in alignment with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and other global regulatory expectations.
- Draft and publish ESG and climate risk reports, ensuring adherence to established ESG standards and frameworks.
- Guarantee compliance with ESG disclosure requirements in financial statements.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments in ESG, providing strategic insights to the organization.
- Prepare reports on ESG matters for the Sustainability Committee and senior management.
- Develop training materials to enhance internal understanding of ESG governance and controls.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to execute the ESG strategy and roadmap.
- Assist in formulating and implementing ESG policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure precise and timely ESG reporting.
- Support the Director of Technical Accounting with various accounting issues under US GAAP, IFRS, and FRS 102.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Research complex accounting issues and transactions, assessing their implications for the organization.
- Establish and implement accounting policies in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Facilitate support for internal and external audits related to ESG and financial operations.
- Stay informed on ESG regulatory changes and their impact on financial reporting.
- Communicate the implications of accounting standard changes to stakeholders.
- Professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Risk (ACA, ACCA, CPA).
- Certification in ESG or Sustainability (CFA, SASB, GRI) is advantageous.
- Experience in ESG reporting and technical accounting, preferably within the Big 4, Financial Services, or Asset Management sectors.
- Familiarity with ESG standards (TCFD, GRI, EU CSRD, PRI, SASB) and their application.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and FRS 102.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
