We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Research and Development to lead our Software team, Product team, Special Projects team, Quality Assurance team, and Project Management team in Regina, SK.

- Ability to Meet Deadlines: Ability to meet deadlines and deal with pressure, particularly during harvesting season.
- Effective Communication: Ability to effectively coach, influence, and convey the needs and strategic direction to all levels of stakeholders in a way that will enable lasting change.
- Valid Passport: A valid passport is required.
- 10+ Years of Software Development Experience: 10+ years of software development experience (desktop, mobile, and/or web applications).
- Ability to Translate Product Requirements: Ability to translate product requirements into technical requirements.
- Experience with Performance Planning: Experience with annual performance planning, goal setting, and year-end reviews.
- Experience with Professional Development: Experience with professional development strategy and implementation.
- Experience with User Experience: Experience with user experience best practices.
- Experience with Tools and Technologies: Experience with tools like the software development cycle, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Jira, project management, HubSpot, C/C++, etc.
- Experience in Data Science and Business Intelligence: Experience in data science and/or business intelligence, especially experience with data warehousing.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
