Qualifications

This position is based in a general office setting, where the candidate will be expected to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate various administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collect and document administrative and service fees.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Conduct thorough research to support operational decisions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively.
  • Provide guidance and direction to staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees assessing administrative services.
  • Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial audits.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
