- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role.
This position is based in a general office setting, where the candidate will be expected to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate various administrative services to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect and document administrative and service fees.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Conduct thorough research to support operational decisions.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations effectively.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff involved in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefs for management committees assessing administrative services.
- Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial audits.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent time management capabilities.
