About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of customer and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, manage project budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and expertise to complete tasks.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project's success.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality plans, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Resource Management: Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Lessons Learned: Document and implement lessons learned, ensuring continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in the delivery of controls automation solutions.
  • Education: Technical and business aptitude supported by a degree or diploma in engineering.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
