About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled 310T Licensed Technician to join our team. As a Technician IV, you will be responsible for performing complex diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls/rebuilds on heavy-duty and medium-duty equipment. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure quality, time standards, customer expectations, cost guidelines, and reliability goals are met.

Responsibilities

  • Perform standard vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electronic problems
  • Perform remote triage with RCRC and customers to determine best solution to assist roadside breakdowns
  • Instruct and advise other technicians regarding maintenance repair procedures and diagnostics
  • Coach/Mentor other level technicians
  • Advise shop management and other technicians on shop repairs
  • Perform facility maintenance duties
  • Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available

Requirements

  • Diploma/GED required
  • 310T license is required
  • Valid Driver's License is required (Class G2 or above)
  • Four (4) years or more experience in performing advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on heavy-duty and medium-duty equipment required
