About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Service Manager to join our Commercial Solutions team at Sheridan Nurseries. This is a seasonal contract position with the opportunity for future advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a crew of Service & Installation Assistants in providing landscape services, installations, and custom designs for corporate clients in the GTA.
  • Coordinate with other Crew Leads to ensure timely and high-quality installations.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the team, promoting a safe work environment and adhering to health and safety best practices.
  • Actively seek to increase knowledge of Sheridan products and services.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Commercial Solutions team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in landscaping services and installations.
  • Knowledge of interior tropical and house plants, as well as seasonal annuals.
  • Experience with seasonal decorating and custom container designs.
  • Valid class-G driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
