Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at Eberspaecher Vecture Inc. as a key member of our finance department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Analyze clients' financial records
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
  • Develop financial plans for clients
  • Prepare reports and audit findings
  • Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Variance analysis
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare journal entry
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Manage contracts
  • Internal audit
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Manage cash
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Administer revenues and expenditures
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Master's degree in accounting or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as Tally ERP, SAP, and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
