About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join our team at Eberspaecher Vecture Inc. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems
  • Supervise staff
  • Train staff
  • Analyze clients' financial records
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control
  • Develop financial plans for clients
  • Prepare reports and audit findings
  • Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
  • Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
  • Analyze financial documents and reports
  • Examine accounting records
  • Variance analysis
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Reconcile accounts
  • Prepare journal entry
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Manage contracts
  • Internal audit
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
  • Manage cash
  • Complete administrative duties
  • Administer revenues and expenditures
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant who is proficient in financial software and has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Master's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Proficient in financial software, such as Tally ERP, SAP, and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
