- Inspect work in progress to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards
- Identify and address any quality or safety issues promptly
- Customer Service and Communication
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide regular project updates and communicate any changes or issues that may affect the project

- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue

- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in residential construction or renovation

- Be able to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
