Front Desk Hotel Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at P & B Enterprise Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account room availability and guest preferences.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
- Exchange foreign currency and process guest departures, calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, ensuring the well-being of guests and staff.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
