Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Food Service: Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of food quantities used and restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
