Senior Manager, Defined Contribution Pension and Savings Plans

TD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Global Recognition, Retirement, Benefits & Well-being (RRBW) Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategy, plan design, and policies for TD's Defined Contribution pension plans and savings plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of professionals in the management and oversight of TD's Defined Contribution pension plans and savings plans.
- Develop and recommend plan design changes, policies, and practices that align with HR priorities and the Bank's overall strategy.
- Work closely with senior management, external consultants, and internal partners to ensure that the strategy, design, financial management, communications, employee experience, oversight, and governance of each plan meet TD's business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects, focus on results, and get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Enhance the employee experience by managing the engagement of internal and external subject matter experts and service partners to ensure a high level of colleague experience is delivered and maintained.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience with the management and oversight of large Canadian defined contribution pension plans.
- Experience managing a portfolio, working on policy development in a decision-making capacity.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and a proven successful change agent.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing policy recommendations and employee communication materials.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, combined with the ability to anticipate issues and perceptions, and propose solutions.
- Strong and in-depth knowledge of defined contribution pension and savings plans, industry trends, and issues, regulatory environment, and best practices.
