Field Product Specialist

As a key member of the Evertz team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support for our Live Media products. This challenging and rewarding position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for Evertz' Live Media products, responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, and to develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Travel to customer sites to install and train customers on our products, and to provide on-site support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Education in a relevant field, such as broadcast, electrical, electronic, or computer science.
  • Live production knowledge and experience, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
