Contract Type:
Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and dedicated professional to spearhead the development and management of the operational and human resources framework.

In collaboration with the Executive Director and leadership team, you will oversee critical organizational processes, establish new systems, and provide strategic support and guidance.

Operations Management & Leadership
- Oversee the corporate calendar and act as the primary contact for organizational matters.
- Review, revise, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and management team on operational planning and budgeting.
- Facilitate the implementation of business technology and systems.
- Manage contracts with external suppliers and service providers.
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Support long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and operational governance.
Human Resources
- Design and implement a talent management strategy.
- Monitor industry trends and evaluate talent management practices.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
- Hold a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field.
- Possess a minimum of three years of management experience in operations, HR, or finance.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have a working knowledge of recruitment and compensation practices.
- Understand compliance requirements within the charitable sector.
- Exhibit strong project management capabilities.
- Show advanced proficiency in project management software.
