Human Resources Administrator

Job Summary
The Law Society of Ontario is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to provide administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role will involve coordinating events, managing documentation, and providing confidential administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Human Resources related corporate and training events, as well as department meetings
- Update relevant documentation, such as training materials, process maps, and meeting minutes
- Provide confidential administrative support to the HR team, including calendar management and general administrative tasks
- Assist with the coordination of LSO sponsored programs, including corporate discounts, employee recognition, and long service awards
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance with human resources policies and procedures
Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Good understanding of general business administration and operations
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Arrangements
The Law Society of Ontario has introduced a Distributed Workforce Model, which allows employees to work from home and in the office. This role will require regular flexibility in work location.
