Team Overview:
The OXRM team is in search of a Lead Technical Program Manager to oversee the release cycles and manage the deployment of various products. This role encompasses release coordination, timeline management, app submissions, and the overall publishing process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for technical operations and workflows that enhance organizational performance and developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scope & Complexity: You will lead projects that span multiple teams, adeptly managing dependencies and engaging stakeholders from various external teams. You excel at transforming ambiguous challenges into clear project deliverables across several iterations to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:
- A proven track record as a release manager, with experience managing global releases across multi-platform systems and internationally distributed teams. Your approach to work is exemplary, setting best practices and standards for the organization. You are a key contributor to your team's strategic planning and demonstrate sound judgment in balancing immediate and long-term business objectives.
- 5-10 years of experience supporting the complete development lifecycle for Android, Apple, Web, or other platform ecosystems.
- Experience with app submissions in major app store platforms is essential.
- The Lead Technical Program Manager will oversee critical functions within the product development environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to end users while aligning releases with business needs. This role involves managing expectations within the business and guiding engineering teams to meet those expectations at a high standard.
- Operational and release management experience within an agile framework in a media or technology setting is preferred.
- Proven experience in driving changes in branching strategies, semantic versioning, sprint planning, dependency management, and release tracking.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams to enhance the Release Engineering pipeline for automated tracking and reporting on release artifacts, including JIRA items, sprint scope, bug reports, test reports, and release notes.
- Experience in executing large-scale global product launches through scalable automated release pipeline workflows, utilizing CI/CD and QA automation processes.
- Familiarity with frontend (iOS, Android, Web, Roku, CTV), SDK, and backend engineering and QA teams to coordinate dependencies and release planning.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Experience working with global teams across product, engineering, QA, and operations functions.
- Proficiency with build and delivery tools such as Maven, Gradle, Bazel for building, and GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker, ArgoCD or similar for delivery.
