Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office at Spawts Studio Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, planning daily operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Conduct research and perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, and QuickBooks
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Work Environment:
  • On-site work only, no remote work options
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
