**Job Summary:**

Heritage Office Furnishings is seeking a skilled Office Furniture Installation Specialist to join our Operations Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional installation services to our clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install office furniture according to manufacturer's instructions and company standards.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and install furniture, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Junior Installers, Lead Hands, and Dispatchers to ensure efficient and effective installation processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in office furniture installation or a related field.
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
