Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in good working condition, reporting any deficiencies to management.
  • Manage inventory levels of cutlery, dishware, and glassware, ensuring adequate stock is maintained and delivered to all necessary outlets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and serve food, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests.
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives, ensuring recycling and garbage are sorted and transported to the appropriate facilities.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Desire to learn and succeed in the hospitality industry.
  • Previous kitchen experience an asset, but not required.
  • Food Safe certification or equivalent an asset, but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, turn, and stand for extended periods.
