Your Role:
- Act as a key liaison between clients and our team, addressing their needs and serving as the primary point of contact for escalations.
- Receive and prioritize client communications, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Coordinate requests across departments to deliver exceptional client service.
- Monitor service quality and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate client profiles and databases to inform business decisions.
- Generate reports on special service requests to support client needs.
- Conduct research to provide clients with expert cash management advice.
- Collaborate with sales teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven research and banking back office operations skills.
- Excellent team player with strong customer service skills.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and computer software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
