Key Responsibilities:

- Address Team Member and customer concerns effectively.

- Deliver outstanding customer service to Team Members, Customers, and Vendors.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a deli department with comprehensive product knowledge.

- Proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong computer proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
