Deli Department Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Delicatessen Supervisor to join our team at YUMMY MARKET. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our deli department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and welcoming experience.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of deli staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Order and maintain inventory of deli products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are rotated regularly.
- Authorize returns and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish and maintain work schedules, ensuring that adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week.
