At YUMMY MARKET, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delicatessen Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our deli department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of deli staff, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and establishing work schedules.
- Supervise and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer experience.
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
