Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to join our team in Chicoutimi. As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for buildings, including distribution systems, lighting, alarm systems, and communication systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for buildings, including distribution systems, lighting, alarm systems, and communication systems.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing electrical systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in project planning and coordination.
- Conduct calculations and modeling to ensure electrical systems meet safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in electrical engineering.
- 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in building services.
- Membership in the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ).
- Proficiency in BIM-Revit software.
