Bakery Manager

Hanna's Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Manage the production of bread, pastries, and cakes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Supervise a team of bakers and kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Develop and implement recipes, menus, and production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality control procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Proven track record of managing a team and achieving production goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in baking or culinary arts preferred.
