Bakery Manager Job Description

Creek Shawarma & Bakery is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory goods according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas.
  • Inspect and ensure the quality of products meets our established standards.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Dependability, reliability, and accuracy.
Work Environment:

Bakery Manager will work in a fast-paced bakery environment with a team of experienced bakers and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
