Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests, ensuring that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and dining area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Team Member at Tim Horton's, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
