Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages are served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, including sandwiches, salads, and soups. Portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food for customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, and maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all guests have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Housekeeping: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
