Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Valemount. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
  • Leadership and Training: Hire, train, and supervise staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain open communication with clients and staff.
  • Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Operations and Maintenance: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
