In this role, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, where your primary responsibility will be to serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a friendly demeanor. Your main objective will be to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining a professional atmosphere, contributing to a safe and inviting work environment, and effectively managing multiple tasks. Leading by example, you will help create memorable experiences for both guests and colleagues.

Limited Part-time positions are essential during peak times, events, conventions, and meetings, requiring a minimum commitment of 3 shifts per month.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Knowledge of safe and responsible beverage service practices;
  • Accuracy in cash handling and cash-out procedures;
  • Experience with cash and card transactions;
  • Skills in managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness of glassware;
  • Familiarity with drink recipes and menu offerings;
  • A proactive approach to regular cleaning and maintenance duties;
  • Adherence to alcohol-related policies and regulations.

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience;
  • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment;
  • Possession of a valid Smart Serve Certificate;
  • Previous experience in cash handling;
  • Knowledge of wines and beverages;
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while multitasking;
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
