Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Pickering Casino Resort. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service with a positive attitude
  • Ensure guest satisfaction in a professional manner
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead by example to create Great Experiences and Memories for all guests and colleagues
Requirements
  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent working experience and education
  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high volume establishment
  • Valid Smart Serve Certificate required
  • Previous cash handling and system experience required
  • Strong wine and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
Working Conditions

Candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights. The hours of work will be based on operational needs.
