About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Summerside Prestigious Consultants Corporation. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including trial balances, to management and stakeholders.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
