Bookkeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Summerside Prestigious Consultants Corporation. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including trial balances, to management and stakeholders.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment with repetitive tasks and tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting, typing, and data entry.
- Client Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative and communicative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
