About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at LELIQUIM SERVICE INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Administrative Support
    • Work on reports from manual and electronic files, inventories, and databases.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Data Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
    • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Organizational Skills
    • Organize and schedule office work, ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Locate and remove files requested by staff and management.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 35 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
