Position Overview

Ncube & Landry LLP is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries accurately
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax documentation
  • Compile trial balances
  • Reconcile financial accounts
