Job Title: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASB Law Office.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, and preparing financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a real estate or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
