Your Role: We are currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to enhance our Talent Acquisition team. This role is essential for the team's success, as it involves providing continuous administrative and transactional assistance to recruitment consultants, while also implementing best practices and adhering to human resources policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver operational and administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with our Service Level Agreement.
- Stay informed about our policies, practices, and guidelines related to Talent Acquisition transactions.
- Assist the team with Talent Acquisition and administrative tasks.
- Ensure that all processes conducted in Contact People align with established workflows to maintain data integrity and provide an exceptional stakeholder experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination.
- Experience with Workday is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory, as processing Talent Acquisition files for French-speaking clients is a regular requirement.
