  • A self-driven attitude with a proven history in ServiceNow technologies, thriving in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple priorities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow configuration and custom development.
  • Diverse experience across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps).
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • The capability to interpret business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
  • Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-oriented architecture, and enterprise application architecture, along with experience in managing expectations and priorities.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional services or customer support.
  • 3-6 years of experience in ServiceNow systems integration and/or implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in solutions consulting.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for simplifying complex solutions.
  • Business architecture experience is a plus.
