Job Summary:

1st RND DT Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and feedback to kitchen staff.
Work Environment:

As an Executive Chef at 1st RND DT Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar food service environment.
Personal Qualities:
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, including menu changes, inventory fluctuations, and staff availability.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with other kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure seamless service and high-quality results.
Work Terms:

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
