Position Overview

The Guest Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors at the Lake Louise Inn. This position involves overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special requirements to enhance their experience.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of front desk staff to ensure efficiency.
  • Recruit and train new employees on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, ensuring timely repairs to support business continuity and high-quality customer service.
