Job Summary

Moltaqa Moroccan Restaurant is seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items and preparation methods.
  • Table Management: Receive reservations, assign tables, and ensure a smooth dining experience.
  • Wine and Beverage Service: Advise on wine selection and serve wine, as well as receive payments from customers.
  • Restaurant Operations: Inspect dining rooms and other food and beverage serving areas, and perform opening and closing activities.
  • Teamwork: Assist clients/guests with special needs, attend to seating arrangements for large groups, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure excellent service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
