Restaurant Assistant Manager

Boston Pizza Stadium District is seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences in our dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and quality food.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer relations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service management role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in hospitality, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Fluency in English.
