Food Service Manager

At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
