- Manage and direct support staff, delegating responsibilities effectively to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Set goals for each department and communicate them clearly to the management teams.
- Participate in business development and lead generation to drive clinic growth and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high clinical standards.
- Foster a positive, team-first culture within the clinics.
- Collaborate with corporate support teams to meet regional goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and training to new and existing staff.
- 5+ years of District or Regional Management experience in a multi-location environment.
- Management experience in growing successful, high-performance teams.
- Extensive experience in ROI and KPI analysis.
- Significant experience in medical leadership or management within a clinic or similar healthcare environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships.
