About the Role

At Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerobics Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our Personnel Support Programs, you will play a vital role in delivering fitness and recreation programs to Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and deliver aerobics classes to diverse groups of participants
  • Design and implement engaging fitness programs that cater to various fitness levels
  • Assist with advertising and public relations efforts to promote our programs
  • Collaborate with the Community Recreation Coordinator to ensure seamless program delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma and relevant experience in conducting aerobics classes
  • Aerobics Instructor Certification
  • Current CPR and Basic First Aid qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
