We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at COBS Bread Clair Marketplace. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for various bread products according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality products
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand
- Ensure food safety and handling practices are followed at all times
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
