We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team at COBS Bread Clair Marketplace. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality bread products.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food production.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Administer first aid in emergency situations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent employment.
- 40 to 44 hours per week.
- English language of work.
