**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Harry Rosen. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our clients and associates at our Cash Desk.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and associates at our Cash Desk
  • Perform daily cash handling functions, including opening and closing registers and processing sales transactions
  • Bag and tag purchased products on behalf of customers
  • Maintain the Service desk and ensure a clean and organized environment
  • Update and maintain client information files, including membership in our Sartoria Loyalty program
  • Assist with inter-store transfer processing and e-commerce requests and shipments
  • Support clients who have purchased online but are picking up products in-store

**Requirements**

  • 2 years' experience working in a client-facing role at the service desk, providing exceptional customer service is preferred
  • A strong service orientation and a demonstrated desire to wow our customers
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and its application in the retail Customer Service function
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to calmly and efficiently manage a long line of customers waiting for service
