About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Assistant to support our team in recruitment projects. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with senior recruiters to develop your skills and knowledge of the staffing industry.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates in BC. If you're tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior recruiters with scheduling client meetings, organizing back-end systems, and documents in Google Workspace.
  • Assist with sourcing, candidate management, data collection, and screening.
  • Contribute to new business development, lead generation, and email management using outbound sales tools.
  • Craft personalized outreach and marketing collateral on an ongoing basis.
  • Attend virtual client meetings, take meeting minutes, and set up necessary documents.
  • Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process alongside our team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant position (recruitment or sales ideal).
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
  • 60+ WPM typing speed.
  • Home office setup and ability to work remotely.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines within project-based environments.
  • Relevant experience conducting research and understanding of organizational charts.
