Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TMC2 Manufacturing. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Recruit and hire staff
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Confidential security clearance
